PT Rekadaya Elektrika (PLN Group) berdiri diresmikan pada tanggal 29 September 2003. Rekadaya mulai beroperasinya pada tahun 2004. PT Rekadaya memiliki 23 karyawan. Hingga tahun 2005 PT Rekadaya Elektrika masih memiliki dibawah 50 karyawan. Awal berdiri bernama Delta Rekadaya Mandiri, kemudian pada tahun 2007 berubah nama menjadi Rekadaya Elektrika. Awalnya Rekadaya didirikan karena ada pasar yang besar di bidang contractor EPC di Indonesia, dimana selama ini Contractor EPC banyak berasal dari perusahaan asing, seperti GE, Siemens, etc. Oleh karena itulah PT Rekadaya Elektrika didirikan dan Rekadaya adalah perusahaan EPC contractor lokal Indonesia.

Tahun 2003, untuk merespon perkembangan pasar dan untuk menyalurkan kemampuan nasional, PT PLN dan Rekayasa Industri memutuskan bahwa perusahaan EPC fokus di industri tenaga listrik. Pada 29 September 2003 PT Rekadaya Elektrika lahir dengan pemilik saham diantaranya: PT PJB, PT Indonesia Power, PT PLN Batam, YPK PLN(Yayasan Pendidikan dan Kesejahteraan PLN) dan PT Rekayasa Industri.

Electrical Estimator

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Electrical Estimator field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Staff specializing in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.
• Contract position(s) available.
• Having minimum 3 years experience in construction is desirable.
• Hands-on experience and demonstrable skill in estimating for power plant , substation, SCADA, & oil/gas plant.
• Having capabilities & experiences preparing detail material (BOQ/MTO) complete with specification refer to engineering drawings/client requirement (RFP, Bid Document)
• Efficient worker, honest, self motivated, ability to priorities work,can work as a team, and able to work under preasure.

SCM Officer-Mechanical Buyer

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Contract position(s) available.

SCM Officer – Electrical Buyer

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
• Having minimum 2 years experience
• Contract and Permanent position(s) available.

SCM Officer – Civil Buyer

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree

Requirements:
